Logistics and Warehouse Manager | Legion M Shareholder & Supporter of Independent Film

I am currently the Logistics and Warehouse Manager at Delta Millennium Inc. (DMI), where I oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and new hire training. I lead a team of employees in a fast-paced distribution environment, consistently exceeding expectations in on-time delivery and order accuracy. I leverage my expertise in logistics management, process improvement, and data analysis to drive efficiency and optimize warehouse performance.

Prior to my current management role, I gained extensive experience in customer service, technical support, and community management within the gaming and technology industries, including roles at Keywords Studios (formerly Alchemic Dream) and OnLive. Notably, OnLive’s technology was acquired by Sony and became a core component of PlayStation Now. I also served as a Call Center Supervisor at DMI, further developing my leadership and training skills. This diverse experience has provided me with a strong foundation in problem-solving, communication, and customer focus, all of which are crucial to my success in logistics.

Beyond my professional work, I’m a passionate supporter of independent film and entertainment. I’m a proud shareholder in Legion M, a fan-owned entertainment company, and actively back projects on Kickstarter, including the graphic novel DEFIANT: The Story of Robert Smalls (where I’m credited in Issue #1) and The MC Chris Cartoon. I’m also credited in the nationally released film, The Man in the White Van, further demonstrating my commitment to the independent film community.
